FIELD: construction. SUBSTANCE: tied arch consists of arch and tie-bar connected with arch in span by ties. Arch design distinguishing feature consists in that tie-bar is polygonal in shape with pivots in points of its folding. Pivots are connected with arch by means of rods forming V-shaped cantilevers pinched in arch. Flexural rigidity of these cantilevers in arch plane is close or equal to arch flexural rigidity. The offered solution allows considerable reduction of deformability and increase of structure stability when it is acted upon by unsymmetrical (one-sided) snow loads and also skewsymmetrical wind loads. Additional reduction of deformability of the structure is attained by its prestressing in the course of construction. For this purpose rods connecting the arch with tie-bar or tie-bar is made adjustable in length. Changing of lengths of connecting rods or tie-bar in the course of erection of the structure provides for development of internal forces of prestressing. EFFECT: reduced deformability and increased stability of the structure. 2 cl, 5 dwg
