FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to earth engineering-technical works, namely, to erection of short pillars from a filler, and also to quality inspection during their erection. The device to measure the parameter of the pillar made of the filler and formed as layers of the filler are rammed in process of pillar erection, comprises a rammer head made as capable of vertically directed ramming of filler layers introduced into the cavity for erection of the specified pillar. The system of sensors for real-time registration of any deviation in the layer of the filler arranged in the upper part of the pillar erected in process of ramming, on the basis of deviations of the rammer head in process of ramming. The system of data processing designed for calculations on the basis of registered deviations with provision of graphic output data represented in the form of a curve, and made as capable of displaying the moment of achievement of the specified pillar parameter in graphic data, at the same time ramming may be stopped, and to continue erection of the column, a new layer of the filler may be added, and so it is repeated until the column erection stops.
EFFECT: provision of control of construction process in real-time mode, increased efficiency, reduced material intensity.
