FIELD: earth excavating machinery. SUBSTANCE: device allows for obtaining information about heeling of excavator with respect to position of coordinates X within boundaries of work site. For this purpose, device includes undercarriage, turntable body which is connected to undercarriage and is adapted for rotation, receiving unit connected to turntable body, system of locating for determining positioning of receiving unit in three-dimensional space. System of locating determines positioning of receiving unit at multiplicity of points along arc.
