FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: wind rotor comprises a mast made of two parts connected with a hinged joint, a vertical-axial turbine and a hoist. The hoist is fixed next to the mast and is raised at height exceeding the cross dimension of the aerodynamic blades of the turbine. Upper and lower parts of the mast are joined via a flanged joint, truncated towards the opposite side and downwards from the hoist. The hinged joint connecting flanges is taken to the lowered edges of flanges, and on their raised side there are tightening fastening elements. In the vertical plane of inclination of the turbine-generator block to the foundation of the device its mast may be reinforced with perforated stiffening ribs.

EFFECT: availability of a simple, strong and reliable mechanism of inclination of a turbine-generator block to a foundation of a wind rotor class installation will simplify performance of works for service and repair of the main process unit.
