FIELD: aircraft engineering.

SUBSTANCE: claimed craft comprises orthogonal turbine composed by wing profile blades and generator engaged therewith elevated above the ground by flat-bulged balloon shell of positive floatation provided with horizontal bottom and flexible rope links with the ground winch. Balloon shell bottom is shaped to oval with the larger axis aligned with the wind direction. Said flexible rope links extend, at invariable central-axial position of the rope, upward in fan-shaped manner through joints from the T-like bracket flange articulated with the vertical shaft running free inside the stub pole. Top ends of all flexible links are secured to the shell balloon bottom, uniformly along the line perpendicular to the oval bottom larger lengthwise axis, nearby its windward edge. The rope fastening is aligned with said axis. The ground winch is arranged at the trolley displacing around said mooring stub pole.

EFFECT: decreased power loss.
