FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of ultra-clean water for analytical and lab analyses and can be used at research centres, enterprises of medical, radio, electronic and pharmaceutical industries. Proposed method consists in multistage cleaning by preliminary mechanical filtration, sorption, processing by reverse osmosis, distillation and electric deionisation. Proposed device comprises mechanical pre-filter, sorption coal filter, booster pump, reverse-osmosis membrane, distiller with control device and accumulation tank with control device, second pump communicated with said accumulation tank and electric deioniser connected via pipe with atmospheric tank. Pressure gage with solenoid valve is arranged downstream of said second pump.
EFFECT: higher quality of filtration to 1st degree.
