FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in conducting laboratory analysis in the medical, radio engineering, electronic, and pharmaceutical industries. Tap water is subjected to sequential multi-stage purification, including mechanical filtration, activated carbon sorption, reverse osmosis, distillation and deionization, using filters with ion-exchange resin of mixed action, intended for the removal of salt residues from water through cation and anion exchange. Purification of the water is completed by membrane filtration, using a membrane filter with a cutoff threshold of 0.22 mcm, which excludes the possibility of bacteria entering from the environment into the water channel of the device. There is a possibility of internal recirculation of the produced water in the standby mode, which ensures the improvement of its quality, as well as the extraction of water after distillation.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to produce ultrapure water with a resistance of 20 MΩ with high efficiency, reliability and economic feasibility.
