FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method is carried out with facilities of maintenance of metal temperature in heat-exchange pipes at the required level in the range of 150-550°C, and also by performance of the process into three stages as gaseous reagents are serially supplied into the gas flow in the following order: carbon dioxide, hydrogen and oxygen.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of treatment and passivation of internal surfaces of heat exchange pipes, increased efficiency of treatment and passivation of internal surfaces of heat exchange pipes, reduced corrosion impact at metal of treated surfaces, possibility to perform treatment and passivation in process of operation of heat exchange devices and devices without their shutdown and cooldown, maintaining the required level of temperature of coolant at the outer side of the surface of cleaned heat exchange pipes.
