SUBSTANCE: method envisages recipe components preparation, carrots blanching and grating, parsley greens cutting and freezing, beef liver chopping, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with meat-and-bone broth and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing with mayonnaise, meat-and-bone broth and salt, the produced mixture packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
