SUBSTANCE: invention is related to production of preserved food for dietary meals. canned food is cooked by carrots blanching and straining, parsley leaves cutting and freezing, beef liver chopping, mixing of listed components with mayonnaise, meat and bone broth and table salt under oxygen-free conditions, obtained mixture packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: this invention allows to expand range of technical means and dishes used in manufacturing of canned food which ensures increase of its digestibility.
