FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to automotive gearbox control and to carrier. Proposed method consists in changing from 1st gear whereat carrier acceleration is negative to 2nd gear whereat carrier acceleration is positive or zero. Downshift comprises gearshift mid stage between 1st and 2nd gears. Engine maximum rpm at every mid stage exceeds maximum engine rpm at previous gearshift mid stage. Proposed system comprises control unit. Control unit allows fulfilling the jobs of above described method. Transport facility incorporates above described system.
EFFECT: decreased fuel consumption and gearshift strokes.
