FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake is poured with drinking water and maintained for swelling. Then one mixes the extraction cake with tomato puree, mango puree, garlic puree, sugar, salt, black hot pepper, allspice, cloves and cinnamon, cooks the mixture, adds acetic acid. One proceeds with packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: method ensures reduction of the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
