FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and may find application in systems of measurement and count of electric energy, consumed by a unit of power consumption and/or generation in a stationary geographic station from a connection device. In the system of the station of count and measurement the seat does not contain a device to measure consumption or generation of power. Besides, the mobile or non-stationary functional unit is additionally combined with a data base, which is placed on a central computer unit or otherwise outside the seat. In the data base they save additional data relative to the seat (seats) and information for identification of the owner of connection to the network or introduced to it, containing the identified device connected to the location, and also the identification functional unit not connected to the location. Besides, the latter comprises the appropriate device to produce the identifier of the connection device, to count and measure power taken from the identified connection device and/or introduced power in it.

EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities.
