FIELD: testing equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to testing equipment, namely, to fatigue tests of sample groups from compared materials under conditions of their loading, similar to bending loading of a gear tooth in gearboxes of vehicles. The bench comprises a dynamometric platform with a fixed bundle of accessories, where tested samples are pressed in a cantilever manner, as the basic element, a vertical-milling lathe equipped with an end mill with locating blocks-pushers adjusted along the axis of the mill and mechanical fixation of hard-alloy plates in them, working ends of which are made as spherical, an accessory for fixation of the samples with a yoke, which transfers serially a bending load from locating blocks-pushers during rotation of the mill, as a force-measuring instrument - a dynamometric platform, single for measurement of the value of the force acting at the free end of each serially loaded samples. The yoke is made as capable of swinging around the axis of the movable carriage and is fixed against side displacement by a pin, and also for return to a strictly fixed initial position is equipped with an adjustable stop. On the free end of each tested sample there is a pad with adjustment composite plates for tuning of the loading force of each sample. At the lower side of the pressed end of each sample there is an acoustic sensor for fixation of processes, which take place in the sample during loading, and also a sensor that fixes temperature state of the sample in the process of loading. On the table of the mill lathe there are video sensors, which record appearance and development of fatigue cracks on samples.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of tests of a sample group, increased accuracy of tests, increased information value of samples condition and processes taking part in them, and also increased reliability of test results.
