FIELD: mechanical engineering; testing facilities. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sphere of testing of cylindrical specimens made of constructional materials in the form of shaft-bushing pairs for friction and wear at fretting corrosion in process of rotary reciprocation. Said tester has base, side, horizontal plate, locking device, loading device, three forks, tubular rod, system of compensators including bracket with collet chuck for fixing counter-specimen - bushing, cable brace and spherical thrust bearing. Movable specimen - pin is installed inside counter-specimen - bushing and is secured in the first fork by means of locking device. The first and second forks are turned into tubular rod on which four force measuring elements are installed. The first and second carrying drums are installed in the second and third forks on pins, respectively, cable brake being fitted in slots of drums. The third fork is arranged in side of right-hand part of base and is secured to spherical thrust bearing. EFFECT: improved accuracy of test results owing to elimination of cocking of members of tested unit. 1 dwg
