FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to injection moulding of composites, particularly, to prolongation of thermosetting resins process interval for resins to be introduced in larger and more complex structures. Process interval for epoxy resins containing amine hardeners is prolongated with the use of thermal treatment to form low-viscosity polymer mix wherein particles are dissolved. Then, low-viscosity polymer mix is formed at the temperature lower than that of dissolution of particles to be introduced in fibrous blank. Blank impregnated with resin is heated to resin solidification temperature and resin is finally hardened.
EFFECT: increased process interval for injection moulding of resins with powder hardeners.
