FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a prepreg for use in production of uncured laminate, a composite part formed by hardening the uncured laminate and a method of producing the laminate. Prepreg comprises multiple fibrous layers and uncured thermosetting resin. Fibrous layers are separated by an intersheet zone located between adjacent fibrous layers. Prepreg also contains at least one layer of structured thermoplastic polymer, the said thermoplastic polymer is not soluble in the said thermosetting resin, has the thickness of 2-35 µm and the weight per a square unit from 2 to 10 g/m2. Thickness of at least one layer of the structured thermoplastic polymer is not more than 95 % of the intersheet zone thickness. One or more layers of the structured thermoplastic polymer, such as a light veil of thermoplastic polymer fibres, are located inside the intersheet zone of laminates, which consist of fibrous layers and thermosetting resin. Thermoplastic veils are used in the intersheet zones instead of thermoplastic particles of a strength increasing agent.

EFFECT: technical result is achieving higher volumes of filling with fibres required for structural parts, the possibility to use a convenient hardening cycle outside the autoclave, production of light but structurally rigid laminates.
