SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multimedia services, for example, IP-protocol TV (IP-TV), mobile TV, transmission of streaming multimedia to mobile devices, particularly to method of program recording, multimedia system and terminal of multimode network. Multimedia system comprises network terminal and multiple nodes. Network terminal of the system is configured to generate recording mission in response to recording request and to distribute said request to every node whereat channel is memorised indicted in recording mission. Nodes are configured to write the program to channel specified in recording request after receipt of recording mission and to return data on recording results to network terminal. In compliance with this invention, in the case of faulty recording, it is possible to perform mutual internodal recovery and make auxiliary recording to decrease chances if recoding faults and to proposed higher-quality TVOD services to users.
EFFECT: recovery of recorded programs whereat current TVOD configuration is not changed to up recording success.
