FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises the bed, drive, main rod assembly mounted at said bed to interact with said drive, Cantilever arm is arranged at said main rod furnished with forming head arranged thereat and equipped with pressure plate and rod secured to pressure plate and cantilever arm. Forming seat is arranged at said bed and includes welding assembly mounted thereat and equipped with welding nozzles arranged in circle. Bearing table with openings made opposite said welding nozzles is mounted via springs on said bed. Circular adapter is mounted at the bed with key levers with pressure tips arranged radially on said circular adapter as well as ring interacting with the drive to displace axially which is equipped with spring-loaded stops located opposite key levers. In compliance with this invention, said welding assembly is composed by a set of ultrasound converters. Main drive rod is composed by a cylinder with piston mounted at said bed and connected with main rod. Ring drive is composed of at least three cylinders with pistons arranged at the bed in circle concentric with welding nozzles. Said ring is fitted on rods of the pistons.
EFFECT: higher quality of respirators, improved working performances of assembly device.
