FIELD: individual protection of respiratory system by means of lightened respirators. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology and equipment for making laminated articles of heterogeneous sheet materials to be assembled into pack by thermopressing of cloth and fibrous layers of filtering and sorption and filtering materials. Proposed semi-automatic machine contains bed frame, drive with electrical equipment, main rod unit installed on bed frame for engagement with drive, cantilever arm installed on main rod, moulding head with pressure plate mounted on cantilever arm and moulding socket with support desk, heater and welding circuit mounted on bed frame. Moulding head is furnished with powder-like polymeric material metering unit and rod secured in pressure plate and cantilever arm. Moulding socket is provided with flange with ring engaging with drive and installed for axial displacement, ring holder with rocker levers with pressure tips installed on bed frame. Tips are arranged in radial slots of ring holder. Spring-loaded stops are arranged in radial slots of ring holder on ring of flange opposite to rocker levers. Welding circuit is made as assembly of thermal electrode and is installed on heater. Heater is installed under support desk of moulding socket. Support desk of moulding socket is installed on spring on bed frame. Holes are made in support desk opposite to thermal electrodes of welding circuit. Proposed semi-automatic machine provides higher quality of assembling of breathing apparatuses and level of automation of production process, increased efficiency of assembling, simplified operation and enlarged sphere of application, for instance, for connecting non-thermoplastic sheet materials.
