FIELD: plants of technological cycle for manufacture of individual means of protection, in particular, breathing apparatuses; may be used in all industries. SUBSTANCE: plant has body bed with movable baseplate attached to upper part of body on shock absorber including four angular and one central guide and springs. Lower baseplate is secured to movable baseplate. Hold-down device is made in the form of upper plate located with clearance relative to lower baseplate and connected by means of movable column, lever system and reducer with starting pedal and starter unit. Located on remote post are microswitch and spring-loaded sleeve for interaction with microswitch; both are connected by means of link with movable column. Heating device is located in upper and lower baseplates with welding circuit located on the perimeter of contacting surfaces of baseplates. Welding circuit is trapezium in cross-section. Working side of trapezium is smaller than internal side of baseplate, and trapezium height equals at least two-three thickness values of blanks pack of bound breathing apparatus. Two-layer heat-insulating spacer is secured inside the space formed by baseplate welding circuit. Lower baseplate has two movable fixing detents located mutually perpendicular and parallel to straight lines of welding circuit perimeter and are remote from then at a distance equalling 0.5 width of weld.
