SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Inter-organ padding for application in endoscopic surgery contains liquid-holding means, formed from porous soft material possessing capability of temporary storage of liquid and capability of preserving its shape. Porous soft material is selected from group, consisting of polyurethane, polyvinyl alcohol, cellulose and polyethylene. Porous soft material has such dimensions as to pass through trocar with diameter 30 mm, where tensile strength of porous soft material constitutes from 15 to 40 N. Set for endoscopic surgery contains inter-organ padding for application in endoscopic surgery and introducing device for introduction of inter-organ padding into body. Introducing device contains tubular holder, able of holding inter-organ padding for application in endoscopic surgery.
EFFECT: group of inventions makes it possible to temporarily store liquid for suction and removal blood and exudates in the process of endoscopic surgery, preserve physical space for surgery and sufficient field of endoscopic operation and protect organs from injuries and dehydration, possessing optimal strength.
