SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication engineering and can be used in wireless communication systems. The method involves: during carrier aggregation, the user equipment transmitting a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) at one or more component carriers and transmitting demodulation reference signals (DM RS) for the PUSCH in each section of bandwidth occupied by the PUSCH at each component carrier, wherein a DM RS sequence on a section of bandwidth is an independent sequence or part of an independent sequence and forms an independent sequence with DM RS sequences on multiple sections of bandwidth other than the section of bandwidth, wherein said section of bandwidth is a section of continuous bandwidth occupied by the PUSCH on any component carrier, or is any of the multiple sections of bandwidth occupied by the PUSCH on any component carrier. The corresponding device is also disclosed. The invention solves the problem of transmitting PUSCH DM RS when aggregating multiple component carriers, and the problem of transmitting DM RS when allocating discontinuous PUSCH resources at one component carrier.
