SUBSTANCE: device for determining motion parameters of a target comprises a transmitting position consisting of a transmitting antenna, first and second transmitters, a summation unit, a receiving position consisting of a receiving antenna, three circuits which include a receiver, a detector and a low-pass filter, and also includes a unit for measuring the direction of arrival of an interfering signal, a unit for calculating trajectory parameters, the output of which is the output of the device, a frequency division unit, a synchroniser, first and second pulse formers, a time interval measuring device, a multichannel spectrum analyser, connected to each other in a certain manner.

EFFECT: high accuracy of determining range to a target relative a receiving position on trajectories of a target moving in the field of view of a bistatic radar station, and targets flying at small angles and parallel to the base line.
