SUBSTANCE: apparatus has a transmitting position and a receiving position at a point away from the transmitting position. In the transmitting position there are horizontally and vertically polarised transmitting antennae connected by the input to the output of a transmitting apparatus, and in the receiving position the antenna consists of horizontally and vertically polarised receiving antennae coupled to a receiving apparatus which, besides first and second receiving paths of main channels, includes a receiving path of an additional channel, a unit for generating phased reference voltages, first and second phase detectors, a phase difference meter, first and second integrators, outputs of which are the outputs of the corresponding receiving apparatus of the receiving position, and a phase changer, appropriately coupled with each other, wherein the output of the horizontally polarised receiving antenna is coupled to the input of the receiving path of the additional channel, the output of the vertically polarised antenna is connected to the inputs of the first and second receiving paths of the main channels, outputs of the receiving position are connected to corresponding inputs of a device for measuring the direction of arrival of an interference signal, series-connected Doppler frequency meter, a measured parameter extrapolation unit, a unit for calculating the time at which the target crosses the base line, a unit for determining the surface of position and a unit for calculating trajectory parameters, as well as a unit for determining statistical characteristics of measurement errors of Doppler frequency and direction of arrival of the interference signal, connected by the output to the input of a unit for final calculation of trajectory parameters.

EFFECT: high accuracy of estimating coordinates of a target by realising a coherent accumulation procedure.
