FIELD: radio engineering.
SUBSTANCE: in addition, device for determining coordinates of moving targets includes antenna forming the beams in elevation plane, receiving device of elevation goniometric channel, measuring unit of direction of input of the signal reflected from the target in elevation plane, conversion unit of angles for the turned coordinate system and conversion unit of trajectory parameters from the turned coordinate system to initial coordinate system; at that the antenna forming beams in elevation plane is connected in series to the receiving device of elevation goniometric channel, with measuring unit of target position angle and conversion unit of angles for the turned coordinate system; input of conversion unit of trajectory parameters from the turned coordinate system to the initial coordinate system is connected to the output of calculation unit of the initial approximation of trajectory parameters, and output - to the final calculation unit of trajectory parameters.
EFFECT: determination of position of the target the trajectory of which has arbitrary inclination to horizontal plane with the accuracy equal to potentially anticipated accuracy.
