FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed ICE comprises cylinder (17), cylinder head with intake and discharge valves (6) and (8) fitted therein, camshaft (2), drive rockers (5), valve compression springs and internal and hollow external valves (4) and (1) aligned in cylinder head. Said hollow external valve (1) is equipped with inlet openings (12). Said valves (6, 8) accommodate multi-lobe flaps (7, 9), lobe axes being arranged in parallel. Note here that top lobes overlap partially the bottom lobes. Extra exhaust channel (11) is arranged above valves (6, 8) to accommodate external hollow discharge valve (1) communicating with said extra intake channel via inlets (12) arranged at valve top part. External hollow valve (1) serves to intake and to discharge while internal valve (4) solely intakes.
EFFECT: increased fresh air feed into cylinder.
