SUBSTANCE: valve gear has cylinder, head of cylinder provided with inlet and outlet valves coaxially mounted in the cylinder head, inlet internal valve 1, outlet hollow outer valve 2 having inlet oval ports 3 tangential to the valve axis, cam shaft 5, and driving rockers 6,7. The ports are in communication with the inlet passage of the cylinder head. The inlet ports of the outer hollow valve are positioned at the base of its head.
