SUBSTANCE: system consists of a central control station, having an automated workstation for the controller, a unit for programmed analysis of network security, a device for monitoring the operational stability level of the communication node, an IP telephone, an automated workstation for person in charge, a local area network switch and a cable lead; a mobile object for providing communication services, having a cable lead, a router, an automated workstation for controlling communication services, an IP telephone, a communication server, a firewall, a broadband radio station and an antenna for the broadband radio station; a first mobile object for communication users, having a cable input, a local area network switch, a first automated workstation for the person in charge and an IP telephone, a second automated workstation for the person in charge, a third automated workstation for the person in charge, a broadband radio station and an antenna for the broadband radio station; a second mobile object for communication users, having a cable lead, a local area network switch, a first automated workstation for the person in charge, an IP telephone, a second automated workstation for the person in charge, a third automated workstation for the person in charge, a broadband radio station and an antenna for the broadband radio station; a mobile object for satellite communication, having a cable lead, a local area network switch, an automated workstation for controlling a satellite communication station, an IP telephone and a satellite communication station; a mobile object for radio relay communication, having a cable lead, a local area network switch, an automated workstation for controlling a radio relay station, an IP telephone and a radio relay station; a mobile object for radio communication, having a cable lead, a local area network switch, an automated workstation for controlling radio stations, an IP telephone, a first interfacing unit, a short-wave radio station, an antenna for the short-wave radio station, a second interfacing unit, an ultra-short wave radio station and an antenna for the ultra-short wave radio station.
EFFECT: higher operational stability of a communication node in field conditions and in the presence of external action on the information transmission equipment.
