FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used for making of small-diameter bores in part made from nonferrous metals and their alloys. Proposed method comprises drilling of reference through bore in the part. Said bore is countersinking on both sides to fit copper or brass tube therein with interference. Tube ID complies with required diameter of through bore while its length complies with that of said bore. Then, tube ends are subjected to beading at points of bore countersinking. Through reference bore diameter is larger than copper or brass tube OD fit.
EFFECT: lower labour input.
