SUBSTANCE: then one performs recipe components preparation, spring onion and parsley greens cutting and freezing, soft cheese and ham cutting. Soft cheese, spring onion and parsley greens are laid onto ham. One performs twisting and frying in vegetable oil to produce tubes. One performs bulb onions straining and sauteing in melted butter, carrots and shallot blanching and straining. Ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake is poured with bone broth and maintained for swelling. One mixes carrots, bulb onions, shallot and pumpkin seeds extraction cake with dry white wine, bone broth, tomato paste, acetic acid, salt, black hot pepper, thyme and laurel leaf to produce a sauce. The tubes and sauce are packed into a container that is sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
