FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for application in food industry in production of snack preserved food. Preserved food is cooked by cutting and freezing of green onions and parsley, cutting of soft cheese and ham, placing soft cheese, green onions and parsley on ham, making rolls and frying them in vegetable oil, onions rubbing through and browning in melted butter, blanching and rubbing through of carrots and shallot, wheat flour browning in melted butter. Onions, carrots, shallot, wheat flour, white dry wine, bone broth, tomato paste, acetic acid, table salt, black bitter pepper, thyme and bay leaf are mixed to prepare sauce. Rolls and sauce are packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: preparation of preserved food with high assimilability.
