FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fluid filters and can be used in various industries for efficient cleaning of low-friction fluids, for example, water, kerosene, acetone, diesel fuel, etc, of mechanical impurities. Aperture filter element comprises set of impermeable plates secured at supports to make the variable-width channels at displacement of said supports. Said plates are made of metal and feature rectangular cross-section. Said supports are made of flexible metal bars spaced from each other at the distance corresponding to plate length and welded or soldered thereto. Note here that said bars are bent in parallel towards plates secured thereto to make channels diverging outwards between side surfaces of adjacent plates while plate ends opposite secured plate ends to make aperture filter surface.

EFFECT: new aperture filter of simpler design, higher reliability and efficiency.
