FIELD: oil refining industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the hydroconversion of a heavy hydrocarbon stock carried out in the presence of a catalyst dispersion, and can be used in the petroleum refining industry. Proposed is an installation including a unit for producing a catalytic precursor emulsion, heating-reaction unit, as well as fractionation, gas purification, pitching or delayed coking units. When the installation is in operation, an aqueous catalyst precursor solution, fuel oil and vacuum gas oil are supplied to unit for producing the emulsion. After mixing with stock, the resultant emulsion is fed to the heating-reaction unit together with the hydrogen-containing gas, and hydroconversion products, separated in the fractionation unit into gases, sent to the gas purification unit, are removed from the unit, gasoline and diesel fractions, removed as products, fuel oil and vacuum gas oil, fed as a recycler to the unit for producing the emulsion, and a vacuum residue supplied to the pitching or delayed coking unit, from which distillate products are returned to the fractionation unit and the residue is removed. Purified hydrocarbon gas and hydrogen-containing gas are removed from the gas purification unit.
EFFECT: technical result is the increased yield of light fractions.
