CLAMPING DEVICE TO EXERT PRESSURE TO OPENING DEVICE ATTACHED TO PACKAGE OF FOOD PRODUCT THAT CAN BE POURED TO TUBE OF PACKAGING MATERIAL Russian patent published in 2014 - IPC B65B61/18 B65D5/74

Abstract RU 2516136 C2

FIELD: packaging industry.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises the first and the second clamping elements. The first clamping element is made movable between an operative position in which it exerts pressure on the first area of the said opening device against the said package and a free position in which it is separated from the opening device. The second clamping element is made movable between the operative position in which it exerts pressure on the second area of the opening device against the package and a free position in which it is separated from the opening device. The first and second areas are located transverse to each other. The first clamping element is capable to move between the first operative and the first free position in the first movement which is independent from the second movement, in which the second clamping element is capable to move between the second operative and the second free position. The assembly for exerting pressure to the sequence of the opening devices attached to the packages of food products poured into their tube comprises several clamping devices described above, cyclically moved along the endless path (P). The assembly comprises the first and the second guide plates. The first guide plate interacts cyclically with the first rollers of the respective clamping devices along the first part of the path (P), to move the first clamping elements from the first free positions to the first operative positions. The second guide plate interacts cyclically with second rollers of the clamping devices along the first part of the path (P), to move the second clamping elements from the second free to the second operative positions.

EFFECT: constructive implementation enables to ensure reliable operation of the device.
