FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, in particular, to a prestressed board made in compliance with the method to manufacture solid concrete or at a plant of prefabricated reinforced concrete structures. The prestressed board comprises at least one area for hollow elements comprising hollow elements, and at least one support area for a support or for retention of a board not containing hollow elements. The board also comprises reinforcing stressed elements for board reinforcement, each of which stretches via the board and forms a grated structure, separate fields of which determine the area for hollow elements or a support area. Fields that adjoin at the side form at least one extended support strip connecting separate support areas with each other and made as reinforced. Stressed elements are arranged in the board in a wavy manner and rest against at least one grated structure, comprising rods and retaining hollow elements, the height of which corresponds to the specified wavy shape.
