FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to digital signal processing, which solves the problem of generating and processing echo signals. Disclosed is a method of calculating reflected echo signals using code sequences of bipolar non-chirp and chirp signals by multiplying equidistant discrete signals of an autocorrelation function sequence with duration thereof. To assemble a group of codes, a selection criterion is set, which guarantees mismatch of polarities of the multiplier mask and intermediate cycle data in one of two conjugated pairs. In case of mismatch of polarity of the mask and data, data of the corresponding multiplier are cleared. The device consists of a common device for calculating the autocorrelation function of unit functions and a series circuit of clocked memory devices, each having a capacity equal to the digital duration of a unit signal. All outputs of the decoder unit are connected to an analyser, which realises a discrete data filter, outputs of which are connected to a processor which generates the final echo signal detection results with indication of the specific code and time of detection.
EFFECT: enabling simultaneous use of multiple radiators without expanding the spectrum of the receiving channel.
