The lower wall of the pneumatic chamber is the support platform, the inner wall of the pneumatic chamber is the right jacket made of soft air impermeable material, freely placed on a telescopic beam, elements of which are made of hard material, it comprises position fixators, upper edges of the upper link of the telescopic beam and upper edges of the jacket are tightly connected to the inner surface of the cover, forming the upper wall of the pneumatic chamber; lower edges of the first link of the telescopic stand and lower edges of the jacket are tightly connected to the support platform; inside the pneumatic chamber there is a pressure sensor, at the same time the pressure sensor, the inlet and outlet valves, the source of compressed gas, fixators of the position of elements of the telescopic beam are connected to the control unit.
