FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to dentistry, and can be used for denture treatment quality assessment in the patients with completely absent dentition. A device for denture treatment quality assessment in the patients with completely absent upper and/or lower dentition comprises a bulldog clamp with wide inner and outer jaws curved after the dentition with the outer jaw positioned between an over-denture and a lip. A spar attached perpendicularly comprises a strain gauge connected to a measuring instrument recording the readings.
EFFECT: invention provides more objective quality assessment of the complete denture fixation.
