FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: holes are made in double-arm levers so that centres of holes and axes of rotation lie in one plane. Similarly response holes are made in the base. The system of traction rods in "loose" condition is installed on the base. Process pins are inserted into combined holes on double-arm levers. Afterwards one of traction rods with the help of a turn-buckle is tightened to the necessary condition. Tension of one traction rod results in system warp and pressing of one of process pins in the hole. Then with the help of the turn-buckle they start tightening the second traction rod until full release of the pin from the clamp ("warp"), which was produced with tension of the first traction rod. Release of the other process pin from the hole will mean that the holes in double-arm levers have matched each other fully. Then a previously calibrated detachable element is installed on the fully assembled traction rod with fixed strain gauge sensors, previously fixing it with the help of clamps. Rotating the turn-buckle, they tighten the traction rod to the moment until appearance of signals from strain gauge sensors, the traction rod sagging is selected. After that they fully loosen clamps and again fix the detachable element with a force preventing slippage of the traction rod and the detachable element pressed to each other. From this moment the detachable element and the traction rod operation for tension jointly as a single element of the traction rod. Thus, changing the area of the cross section of the detachable element, not varying the geometric dimensions of the traction rod itself, it is possible to change the extent of deformation and measured force, and also to evenly distribute the control torque on the traction rod.

EFFECT: maximum matching of measurement ranges with working range of used strain gauge sensors, which automatically increases accuracy of measurement and reduces labour intensiveness of manufacturing and control.
