SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a channel electrical inductor device and a method of making a channel electrical inductor device. A non-detachable hollow nonmagnetic channel mould is used to form one or more flow channels of the device. A heated fluid medium circulates through the hollow inside of the mould once the mould is placed in the device for heat treatment of the refractory surrounding the outer walls of the mould. After heat treatment, a liquid for chemical dissolution of said mould is fed into the hollow inside of the mould.
EFFECT: invention enables to form an airtight refractory in the electrical channel of an inductor device with a non-detachable mould, wherein there is no need to form a refractory layer on the surface of the channel mould before placing the mould in the inductor device.
