FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of obtaining automobile lacquer, method of obtaining coating with high resistance to abrasion, to automobile lacquer and its application. Method of obtaining automobile lacquer includes: (a) supply of, at least, one organic monomer, oligomer, prepolymer or organosilane with one or several hydroxygroups, (b) saturation of described at stage (a) functional groups via reaction of exchange with 3-isocyanatopropyl-triethoxysilane or 3-isocyanatopropyl-trimethoxysilane, with silane, which is thus formed, containing, at least, six SiOR-groups and has molecular weight higher than 300, (c) absorption of formed macromolecular silane in medium of solvent, preferably protic or aprotic solvent or their mixtures, (d) addition of components according to reaction - acids, Lewis acids, bases of Lewis bases. Method of obtaining automobile lacquer includes: (a) supply of, at least, one organic monomer, oligomer, prepolymer or organosilane with one or several hydroxygroups, (b) saturation of described at stage (a) functional groups via reaction of exchange with 3-isocyanatopropyl-triethoxysilane or 3-isocyanatopropyl-trimethoxysilane, with silane, which is thus formed, containing, at least, six SiOR-groups and has molecular weight higher than 300, (c) introduction of additives to formed macromolecular silanes, (d) further processing of product into powder transparent lacquer. Method of obtaining coating with high resistance to abrasion includes stages: (d) application of automobile lacquer, obtained thereof on substrate, and (e) solidification of coating material. Lacquer is suitable, in particular, for application in multi-layered paint coating for OEM-serial lacquering, in particular, as transparent lacquer or basic lacquer.

EFFECT: obtaining coating with high resistance to abrasion.
