SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a lacquerable material with a structured surface made of an amino-containing plastic, wherein at least a portion of the amino groups on the structured surface is covalently functionalized with vinyl groups on the structured surface by build-up of a functionalizing agent. Such a lacquerable material can be used to obtain lacquered materials with structured lacquered surfaces, which, as well as the process for their manufacture, are the subject of the invention. The invention also relates to the use of vinyl functionalization as a replacement for a primer or primer layer in the varnishing of structured surfaces made of amino-containing plastics with radiation-cured varnishes.

EFFECT: enables obtaining structured lacquered surfaces on substrates from plastics containing amino groups in a simple and economical way.
