SUBSTANCE: multigym is designed for training in living conditions and medical and preventive treatment facilities. On the sides of the main plate load frame two side frames are mounted, equipped with separate upper, middle and lower traction units, as well as separate upper pivot arms with traction ladders and separate lower pivot arms with traction handles. The main plate load frame with built-in weights can be attached to the front plate load frame with free weights.
EFFECT: providing ability of doing more exercises due to the side frames, as well as the ability of training of people of different age groups.
