FIELD: printing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of flexographic printing, comprising the ability of printing on wet layer and based on the controlled precipitation of the polymer or polymer segments, which leads to gel formation of compounds of printing ink by controlling the solubility parameter of the printing ink system. The mechanism of obtaining the required printing ink capture while printing on the wet layer consists in formation and/or presence of the gel in the applied film of printing ink due to controlled physical-chemical mechanism of precipitation of the resin. This is achieved either as a result of controlled change in Hansen solubility parameter of the liquid in the printing ink due to evaporation of some or all of the nonreactive and volatile solvent, or alternatively as a result of the use of a polymer containing two different and separate segments, one of which is soluble in the monomer/oligomer mixture and the other of which is not. The insoluble segments form the reversible gel which I deliquated to form the liquid under the action of shear in the application process, which enables the application of liquid printing ink.
EFFECT: gel is re-created in the applied film of the printing ink in such a manner and with such durability that to enable printing on top with the method of flexographic printing on the wet layer.
