SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dispensing of foamed product, for example, milk. Method of dispensing the foamed product P comprises dispensing of the product in microfiltration device (15). Note here that gas is fed via microfiltration device to the product. Besides, downstream of said device, said product is mixed and/or subjected to controlled pressure drop. Proposed dispenser comprises vessel (H) filled with product (P) to be dispensed and means of dispensing (6) the product from vessel (H). Said dispensers (6) comprise microfiltration device (15) to be connected to fluid source for gas to be fed to product to be dispensed.
EFFECT: stable foamed product with homogeneous stable foam, longer life, lower power consumption.
