FIELD: handling of fluid medium flows. SUBSTANCE: proposed device contains pump for continuous delivery of fluid medium for treatment, channel to pump through flow of treated fluid medium, fluid medium flow turbulence stimulator in said channel, and tubulized flow degassing device. Degassing device is arranged directly after flow turbulence stimulator and is provided with shutoff and control element for controlled removal of liberated gas. Invention prevents formation of gas locks and supercavitation shocks owing to provision of control of concentration of gas admixtures in turbulated fluid media.
