The apparatus for delivering packet information includes: a SFD transmission unit for generating an SFD code and positioning the generated SFD code in a position corresponding to specific additional information, and transmitting a packet to notify the specific additional information; and a SFD reception unit for receiving the packet from the SFD transmission unit, detecting the position of the SFD code positioned within the packet, and detecting the additional information corresponding to the detected position of the SFD code.
