FIELD: communications engineering. SUBSTANCE: when message of shorter frame is generated during transmission of longer-frame message, transmission of the latter is interrupted whereupon shorter-frame message is transmitted instead of longer one. As an alternative upon transmission of shorter-frame message only tail part of longer-frame message is transmitted, that is, replaced part of longer-frame message is not transmitted. As another alternative, remaining part of longer-frame message is fully transmitted after shorter- frame message starting from interrupt point. When this is the case, longer-frame message is delayed by length of shorter-frame message. EFFECT: enhanced throughput capacity of radio communication channels. 37 cl, 23 dwg
