FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: method involves controlling access of incoming various applications based on different requirements for quality of service when estimating reservation thresholds and the required minimum volume of a channel resource. The fraction of lost applications is reduced via adaptation to the fast changing operating communication environment on a communication network and a unified telecommunication network using prediction of intensity of the proposed traffic and capabilities of the unified telecommunication network.
EFFECT: reducing the required channel resource for servicing various applications with different quality of service requirements.
